What's New in Version 2.2?

Automated data analysis

The automated data analysis was greatly improved. The Roboocyte system now comes very close to a walk up / walk away automated solution. Of course, all new results and parameters are saved to the Microsoft Access database.

• Automated generation of fitted dose response curves and extraction of EC/IC50 values
• Extraction of the minimum and maximum of the response
• Extraction of the slope from 10–90 % or from 30–70 % between Max and Min points within the region of interest
• Averaging of data points: It is now possible to average data points around detected parameters in the region of interest, for example, the minimum, for calculating the result parameter. The averaging interval is predefined before starting the recording in the General Options dialog box, and can be adjusted later in the Recordings Display.
